What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Employees will cover topics allowing them to develop skills and understanding of the world of financial services, regulation and compliance, financial products and services, building impactful relationships and providing excellent customer service. Our programme is carried out by remote training, dedicated workplace coaching and on the job experience to build the necessary
skills, knowledge and behaviours. In addition, you will also work towards the CISI Investment Operations Certificate Level 3.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
On successful completion of the Investment Operations Specialist Apprenticeship Level 4, there may be opportunties to progress to the Financial Services Professional L6.

Things to consider
You will be expected to study towards 3 exams as part of the apprenticeship programme.
- Ensure that all new clients are onboarded, collating and inputting their data and documents accurately
- Provide clients and/or their agents with up to date information including valuations or reports on their portfolios
- Action the movement of funds between client's portfolio/s, ensuring any overdrawn balances are actioned in a timely manner in line with CASS rules
- Prepare any documentation required for client meetings to support the investment manager, such as client packs, valuations and CRPQ reports
- Help ensure clients files/portfolios are in order and meet our regulatory requirements
- Maintain a 'TCF' culture in respect of all the six outcome.
Reporting any risk which may be detrimental to clients or to the firm's reputation, which arise from inadequate procedures, systems or data handling - Ensuring compliance with FCA requirements, the Branch Manual, Code of Conduct policies and T&C framework
