As a Finance Administrator Apprentice within Learning Curve Group's Finance Team, you will:

  • Ensure all purchase ledger documentation is processed in line with company policy
  • Ensure purchase invoices are allocated to the appropriate nominal code and department
  • Ensure purchase invoices are correctly allocated to the appropriate entity
  • Provide support to Lead Purchase Ledger as needed, which may involve communication with external suppliers
  • Supplier statement reconciliations as needed
  • Processing of employee expenses and credit card transactions
  • Petty cash entries and reconciliation
  • Manage adhoc supplier queries
  • Support in the processing of expenses
  • Assist with generating Payment runs to send to the bank
  • Any other Ad hoc duties.

  • Have some numerical and analytical skills
  • Be IT literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Be able to organise and prioritise your workload
  • Be able to work individually and as part of a team
  • Be proactive, reliable, responsive, easy to work with and able to build relationships

What Apprenticeship Training will you Receive?

The successful applicant will complete and obtain a Level 3 Business Administrator Qualification through Learning Curve Group. 

You will be taught through:
