A Level or equivalent Ideally Maths / Business but will consider other (Grade A* - C) Essential
- Our Finance apprenticeship is a 4 year programme, which will support you in developing your financial skills and awareness alongside qualifying as a Chartered Management Accountant.
- The programme will mainly be spent working within the Management Accounting
- You will also complete short placements in Financial Accounting & other business areas to help you gain a whole business understanding
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Over the course of your apprenticeship you will work towards achieving your Accounting and Taxation Professional Apprenticeship (Level 7) and also Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) qualification with Kaplan Financial.
- You will spend an average of 1 day a week at Kaplan Financial (Birmingham) and the remainder of time spent at Ricoh to complete on-the-job training and develop workplace skills.
- You will also have the opportunity to take part in community projects & team building activities.
