Duties

● Operate the help desk.
● Administer the delivery of property maintenance.
● Use of facilities management IT system.
● Call handling with clients and contractors, ensuring regular communication and updates
● Take property viewings and inspections when required.
● Making sure jobs are completed within the service level agreement.
