Red Tree Building Contractors Ltd have a vacancy for an Apprentice Business Administrator to work in their head office in Cadishead, Manchester.
As an Apprentice Business Administrator you will be responsible for providing central administrative support to the Red Tree team. You will work across teams to develop, implement, maintain and improve administrative services. Your role will be key to the efficiency of the business. We are a close-knit team who welcome those with a proactive, can do, collaborative attitude.
Key Responsibilities;
- Supporting recruitment activities
- Inducting new Employees
- Managing Employee training
- Supporting general HR function
- Providing admin support to the Operations Team
- Fleet management
- General office duties
- Document control
- Company policy and process management
- Accreditation renewals
As an apprentice you will be included on a L3 Business And Administration apprenticeship standard with Inspiro Learning. This will involve one to one training with a Regional Trainer who will meet with you on a regular basis.
Whilst on the apprenticeship you will be entitled to an NUS card https://www.apprenticeextra.co.uk/
To become an apprentice, you must:
be 16 or over
not already be in full-time education
You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
As an apprentice you’ll:
have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace
learn and train for a specific job
get paid and receive holiday leave
get hands-on experience in a real job
study for at least 20% of your working hours
complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship
be on a career path with lots of future potential
