Description of Vacancy
The position will enable you to learn all aspects of a busy office environment providing general administration support.
Once apprenticeship is completed, for the right person there is a long term opportunity to undertake ongoing professional training and to make a career as a Broker.
Responsibilities
Main Duties:
An office based administration role.
Answering telephones
Chasing 3rd party suppliers
Scanning and copying
General administrative tasks
Provide support to staff in the office
Wage
£150 per week
Hours
39 hours per week
Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm
(one hour lunch break)

Qualifications Required
GCSE Grades 4-9 (A* to C) in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications in these subjects.
Training Provided
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
