Job Description:
- Prepare daily/monthly cash flow forecasting
- Maintain fixed asset register on GHR of OA asset
- Prepare VAT Return
- Assist in preparation of monthly risk management report.
- Prepare financial statement: Balance sheet and profit and loss account.
- Assist ad hoc assignment request by Head of finance
- Involve with month end and year end tasks
- Assist with chasing aged account receivables and prepare AR aging analysis
- Allocation of receipts to customer ledgers
- Prepare Open Item list

Training Provided:
As an Accounting Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the Professional Accountancy Taxation Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship. Within the apprenticeship you will undertake the AAT certificate level professional qualification.
The apprenticeship will be completed at a BPP centre or via the Online Classroom platform, in addition to at the workplace.
Qualification Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs at grade 4 including English and Maths or equivalent qualifications.
- Alongside AAT level 3
Personal Qualities & Skills:
Essential – Accounting knowledge
Advantage – Experience of SAP and excel formula
Essential – Double entries knowledge and experience of managing account receivables.
Advantage – Practical experience of chasing customers in order to collect aged account receivable.
Future Prospects:
Potential opportunity for a full time role within the company upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
