Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Level 3 Digital Marketer with The Wonder Agency a Digital Marketing Agency based in Leeds.

Job Description:

We’re on the lookout for a marketing assistant to join our wonderful team. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t mind getting stuck into the nitty-gritty but can also think on their feet. We won’t sugarcoat, it’s fast-paced and challenging but there are so many opportunities for you to learn the ropes and grow with us as Wonder is on its way up! On a daily basis you will be writing content and assisting with day-to-day marketing activities for our clients. As well as supporting the team with marketing projects, SEO campaigns and blog writing, social media strategy and being involved with the website development process.

Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:

• Content Writing.
• Assisting with day-to-day marketing activities.
• SEO.
• Blog Writing.
• Social media strategy.
• Website development.

Qualifications:

• 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

Skills Required:

• Excellent writing skills are a must.
• Interest in digital marketing concepts.
• Knowledge and awareness of search engine optimisation.
• Practical knowledge of ESPs (MailChimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
• Good understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice.

Personal qualities:

• Organised with good attention to detail.
• Ability to work to deadlines.
• Able to prioritise work.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Work quickly, efficiently and methodically.
• Confident in meetings and when communicating technical information.
• Passionate and proactive.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

• Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
• Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
• Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
• Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
