What will the apprentice be doing?
  • Throughout the 5 years, you will be undertaking 80% on the job training and 20% off the job training.
  • You will be working with a highly skilled team and learning aspects of engineering placements in Design (CAD & 2D Drawing), DVP (Design Verification Planning), Manufacturing Processes, Circuit Diagrams and Customer Interface.
  • You will have the opportunity to progress through the company and visit Leoni Plants in different overseas locations e.g. Egypt, Romania and Serbia etc.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
  • Once completed you will achieve a BEng (Hons) Electrical Electronic Engineering.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
  • Once completed you will achieve a BEng(Hons) Electrical electronic Engineering.
  • A potential to secure employment within engineering - Harness Design.
