What will the apprentice be doing?
You will be responsible for:
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You'll study part time towards a BSc (Hons) Digital and Technology Solutions degree at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Each year you'll spend around 30 days on campus in central Manchester, as a mix of day release and block teaching. Additionally, you'll join an induction week to get to know other apprentices and help you balance undergraduate-level study with working full-time.
You'll be assigned a university skills coach and workplace people leader who will undertake regular progress reviews and support you in your work and studies.
Alongside your structured learning at Manchester Metropolitan University (20% of your time), you'll work closely with our experienced team (80% of your time) on real projects that impact the lives of our customers and colleagues.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Provided the candidate gains their degree and has no performance issues, a permanent position with RLG will be available.
