This vacancy will see you within a school setting delivering to children, making sure you are professional and deliver high quality sessions. Sessions will be a mix of indoors and outdoors Additional training such as First Aid, Safeguarding and some internal training will also have to be taken
- Coaching PE, Lunchtime and After School Sessions
- Planning sessions and curriculum work to be delviered acorss schools
- Accessing opportunities to grow within the sports coaching industry, using events, projects and other forms of delviery
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- Sports coach level 4
- Higher National Certificate (HNC)
- The apprentice will be trained on the job and will have periods within thier working week to complete tasks that are required of the apprentice training delivered by Bridgewater and Taunton College
- The training will be a onsite training
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- School Sports Coach - Delivering and leading school PE lessons and the wider PE curriculum
- Community Sports Coach - Working within an organisation to deliver acorss multiple education sites
