What will the apprentice be doing?
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The Apprentice will undertake the Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management. The training will be on the job with 20% of your time dedicated to study. The development programme will be provided by the Julius Baer team in London with additional support from a dedicated external training company.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme candidates can progress to become a Facilities Manager.

Things to consider
You will be working onsite (London) Monday - Friday, and may be required to be on call / asked to call-out at weekend and at unsociable hours with adequate notice. We have offices in Leeds, Manchester, Belfast and Edinburgh. Travel to these offices may be required.
- Support the delivery of the responsibilities of the Facilities Services function in complying with health and safety and other legislation and organisational policies and procedures
- Address facilities management related risks, hazards and threats to people, property and premises
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers to ensure the effective delivery of a range of facilities services
- Assist in ensuring the overall compliance of the sites, including preparation and participation in technical and quality audits and completion of any corrective actions according to timescales set
