Things to consider
To apply, applicants must have 5 GCSE's Grade C/4 or above including Maths & English. The plant is not on a bus route, so you will require your own transport, when based at Plant. This is a Manufacturing/ Shop floor based industry
Based at the Ellesmere Port Stellantis Plant, your duties will include:
- You will play a part in producing multi-branded Electric Vans
- You will be working on key projects and taking ownership for crucial work, whilst completing a full Engineering Qualification!
- You will learn key skills & experience a range of development opportunities to kick-start your career
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Engineering manufacturing technician Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard
- We have partnered with Cheshire South and West to offer a course which blends the best aspects of learning with work-based activity, with day release at college whilst learning real skills in the Workplace
- Attendance at college will be 2 days per week in year 1 and 1 day per week in years 2 & 3, followed by monthly assessment visits to support the apprentice to compile the portfolio of evidence in year 3
