Qualifications
A Level or equivalent Computer Science or ICT (Grade Pass) Essential
- As an EUX Operations Analyst you'll work closely with our End User eXperience team (within the Operations team) to become confident in ensuring the IT services, IT Support and solutions of the business are reliable, stable and have the capacity to scale based on the changing needs of the business
- You'll learn how to gain strong organisational skills within a multifaceted workload and demonstrate lateral thinking skills. You'll learn how to strengthen end user relations through regular stakeholder meetings, ensuring product and service improvements, requirements, support feedback and escalations are captured and appropriately shared
Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of:
- Complete modules on Application Support, Digital Legislation, Data for Application Support, Digital Project Management, and Defects and Testing
- Complete regular daily operational responsibilities, ensuring detailed documentation is produced and maintained and audit requirements are met in all operations
- Liaise with 3rd party vendors and external support teams
- Learn software deployment using SCCM, Intune, Jamf MDM
- Seek opportunities to streamline and automate business processes through systems improvements and data, to overall improve the customer journey
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
- As part of the role, you'll undertake the Applications Support Lead (L4) apprenticeship. This Velocity Academy programme is designed to give you the skills enabling you to provide tactical advice, training and support on core technology applications (both hardware and software) to internal colleagues to enhance and enable the delivery of application-based products and services
- You will be completely supported throughout the programme, and get monthly check-ins, mentoring, and coaching sessions. Plus, you'll also have access to the very latest online training via Velocity Academies Online Live Classrooms and led by a dedicated programme lead. All training will be conducted at the Utility Warehouse office as the training is delivered online
