What will the apprentice be doing?
Daily tasks will include
Assisting with
- Cask and Keg cleaning
-Packaging
- Canning, Cask Racking and Kegging
-Brewing, Cellar Management and Monitoring and Analysis of Fermentation
-Cleaning of Brewery
-Ensure production compliance to HACCP, SALSA and Internal QA standards
Alongside the hourly pay, you will be provided with uniform, 50 % staff discount on our beers in our bars and 20% online and a discount on our food vendors.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 4 Brewer Apprenticeship, Maths and English Functional Skills Level 2.
Opportunity to study for the " General Certificate in Brewing" from the IBD (Institute of Brewing & Distilling).
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
After completing the apprenticeship successfully you will be offered subject to availability a full time brewer role.
