Meet and greet guests to the office and provide them with first-class hospitality
Monitoring and ordering any stationery requirements for the office to include headed stationary and any amendments needed are carried out effectively
Purchase supermarket provisions for the office – tea, coffee, and lunches for large meetings or special events.
Overseeing office cleaning contract
Invoicing – outward and receipts
Answering mainline number and filtering calls for the directors, including taking any important messages etc.
Weekly banking run
Organising office cleaning
Arranging venues and catering for client meetings if held externally
Proofreading and typing letters
Archiving and arranging storage for client records
