An amazing opportunity has become available for a driven individual to join White and Company Removals as their apprentice. White and Company Removals act as one of the largest privately owned removal companies in the UK, with 19 branches across the UK. Founded in 1871 they pride themselves for delivering an outstanding customer service and commitment to the environment. They are able to offer every aspect of the removals industry including Domestic removals, European and International Removals, Storage and Corporate moves. The team in Forres are currently looking to expand their experienced office team with an apprentice to build their way into the company.
Starting as an apprentice you will provide support to your colleagues through your administrative duties. Answering the phone to customers, taking detailed notes and logging customer information onto the CRM system. Your role will see you become responsible for the booking and planning of jobs across housing and corporate moves. You will be in constant dialogue with customers and the removal drivers to allow a smooth transition of jobs to be carried out. The apprenticeship training you will undergo will put you in a good place as there will be plenty of Microsoft packages used within the job with email usage to communicate with clients, word to take notes, and excel while making spreadsheets.
While working your normal duties at White & Company Removals you will also be completing your SCQF Level 6 Digital Applications Support (9-12 months). The course is designed for anyone that uses multiple systems to complete their day-to-day tasks. In terms of content all Microsoft packages will be covered (excel, word, outlook), CRM systems and GDPR. The training you will undergo will put you in a great position to succeed within your role. Gaining your qualification will be a fantastic kick start to your career, through gaining more knowledge this will make you more valuable for your employers.

Salary - £14,500 per annum (with regular reviews based on performance). On completion of your apprenticeship, and good performance levels you will have the opportunity to progress gradually up to a £30,000 salary with increased levels of responsibility being given as well.
Working hours expected are full time, 37.5 hours per week (9-5:30 Mon-Fri). With an hour given for lunch.
