Job Description:

This is a Junior Digital Marketer apprenticeship role, in which you will gain vast experience and knowledge in Social Media platforms, Google, Blogs, Email marketing and video. 

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, have strong work ethic and have a passion for creating video and writing in a conversational voice. 

Vacancy Description :

Duties will include but are not exclusive to (training will be provided), based in our Northampton office:

  • Writing conversational / keyword- rich blogs, descriptions, articles, and posts  Recording videos for YouTube, Instagram Reels, Facebook, and other social media
  • Creating and editing video transcriptions into long-form blogs and short-form social media posts  WordPress management for our website blogs including inter-page linking. 
  • Growing the views, comments, and click-through rate of our website.
  •  Research and competitor analysis including headlines/titles, keywords and content ideas for videos, niche blogs, articles, and descriptions.
  • Research market trends, demographics, pricing strategies and other relevant information that helps managers and directors.
  • Regularly liaise with our Network compliance team to ensure marketing material is appropriately approved pre posting. 
  • Always keep client information confidential.

Desired Qualifications & Skills:

  • English & Maths, C grades (new grade 4 ) or equivalent
  • Confident using various social media platforms and keeping up to date with the latest trends and techniques research. 
  • Organisation and planning  Punctual and reliable
  • Preferred but not essential: Video editing, Canva, Adobe Creative skills, Photoshop and Illustrator experience, Video production and editing, or keen to learn photography experience/interest
  • Proactive and positive
  • Excellent interpersonal/ communication skills 
  • Attention to detail 

Prospects:

  • Permanent position for the right candidate upon completion of their apprenticeship
