What will the apprentice be doing?

Throughout the Apprenticeship you will learn all aspects of market research, collaborating, liaising, organising product testing, and coordinating fieldwork. As well as working alongside experienced researchers to develop knowledge and skills.

The successful candidate will work on a range of different research tasks which will consist of:

• Receiving detailed face-to-face briefs.
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met.
• Organising field working, welcoming participants, and guiding them through the study or interview as required.
• Ensure all participants have a first-class experience whilst onsite.
• Call and email to book appointments.
• Managing internal clients and facilities.
• Work with the fieldwork manager to develop administrative and operational systems.
• Assisting with final reports.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

• The successful candidate will work towards the Level 4 Market Research qualification, this apprenticeship will take between 15-18 months to complete.
• Functional Skills in English and maths if required.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

• Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is a possibility for progression into a full-time role.
