About the apprenticeship

Duties

Capture customer orders and upsell promotions across our wholesale offering;
Proactively move customers to online ordering where appropriate;
Manage customer queries in a professional manner and resolve / allocate as appropriate;
Support the maintenance of our customer data by proactively updating the relevant system/s as and when necessary.

Qualifications

GCSE in English/Maths (A-C) or equivalent
Motivated to learn new skills
Basic IT literacy (has used basic Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, Outlook)
