• Manage customer experience and be a customer advocate. Our aim is to make the customer experience as effortless as possible
• Support, manage and monitor network and customer services
• Supporting customers during European Business hours, receiving, and resolving customer issues via phone, email, and web-based portals
• Other duties as assigned
