About the apprenticeship

Duties

Dispensing and sampling of materials (liquids, solids, powders, semi-solids). Material blending.
Manual and automated capsule filling.
Tablet manufacture, Capsule and tablet coating processes, Granulation.
Packing - primary bottles, dumas, sachets. Secondary packing and labelling.
GMP cleaning processes and basic understanding of microbiology
Working in a safe manner at all times, ensuring the correct PPE is worn and maintained at all times.

You should be a highly motivated individual with a willingness to learn. You should have good attention to detail and be prepared to work as part of a close-knit team in a warm and welcoming company, you'll be supported and guided every step of the way. 5 GCSE's at grade C/ grade 4 or above. Must include Mathematics and English Language
