Duties
• Keep a safe and hygienic working environment
• Ensure food safety when storing, preparing and cooking food
• Working as part of a hospitality team
• Learn how to create dishes using the correct ingredients / methods, getting every dish right!

Passion - An interest in food/hospitality
Good personal Hygiene is a must
Positive outlook - you love every moment!
Communication - Ability to work as part of a close hospitality team
Motivated - We see our apprentices as our future.
Qualifications
English & Maths at level 1 or grad D at GCSE preferred but not essential. If candidate does not hold training will be given to achieve level 1 Essential Skills Wales in Application of Number / Communication. This is a compulsory requirement of the course.
