Duties

• Learn how to create dishes using the correct methods, getting every dish right!
• Keep a safe and hygienic working environment
• Ensure food safety when storing, preparing and cooking food
• Working as part of a hospitality team

Qualifications

English & Maths at level 1 or grad D GCSE preferred but not essential. If candidate does not hold training will be given to achieve level 1 Essential Skills Wales in Application of Number / Communication. This is a compulsory requirement of the course.
