Duties

Keeping a safe and hygienic working environment
Working as part of a hospitality/kitchen team
Maintaining food safety when preparing, storing, holding, and serving food
Give customers a positive impression of self and your organisation

Qualifications

GCSE Maths & English at grade D or equivalent desirable however, training in Application of Number and Communication provided if you don't hold these grades (gaining a level 1 Essential Skill Wales qualification is a mandatory aspect of the course).
