 18 months

Job Description:

 

Salary depends on age and ability.

  • Invoice printing and input
  • Manage day-to-day bookkeeping
  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Allocation of sales receipts and supplier payments
  • Resolve and accounting queries.

 

Training Provided:

 

As an Accountancy Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the Assistant Accountant Apprenticeship at Level 3. Within the apprenticeship you will undertake the full AAT Level 3 qualification.

The apprenticeship will be completed at a BPP centre or via the Online Classroom platform, in addition to at the workplace.

 

 

Qualification Requirements:

 5 GCSE's including Maths & English - Grade 4 or C and above/

 

Personal Qualities & Skills:

 

  • Communication.
  • Problem Solving
  • Ability to work independently.

 

  • Knowledge of Access Accounting (Financials) would be beneficial.

  • Access Database

Future Prospects:

We are a small independent record distribution Company established 1994. The successful candidate will acquire a full accounting knowledge of all areas of the business.

 

We purchase stock from all the UK major record companies and independent labels and distribute to our worldwide customer base. We are a busy company and the successful candidate will be expected to assist in other areas of the business if require, that is the allocation of stock received and input of orders.
