An exciting opportunity to work within a busy office at Randstad Ltd. They are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join their team. You will work towards a Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.
Your key responsibilities within this role will include, but not limited to:
- Sales invoice filing
- Purchase order processing
- Sales order processing for on the road engineers
- Credit Control
- And other general admin duties
The successful candidate should have a confident ‘can do’ attitude and will develop a highly transferable set of knowledge & skills over the course of the apprenticeship.
Our business administration apprentice will be expected to act efficiently and with integrity; showing a positive approach to work and willingness to learn. Applicants should demonstrate strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and adopt a proactive approach to developing skills. The successful candidate is also expected to show initiative, managing priorities, time, problem-solving skills, and approach their role with flexibility and with the good of the company in mind.
