About the apprenticeship
Duties
As an Apprenticeship Digital Media Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to support the company in creating and publishing content across various digital channels. This may include social media, websites, email marketing, and other digital platforms. Good communication skills, creativity and a keen eye for detail are essential in this role.
The Role will include:
Assisting with the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
Creating and editing digital content such as graphics, images, videos, and written copy
Managing social media accounts and posting content on a regular basis
Monitoring and reporting on social media engagement and website traffic
Collaborating with other teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital channels
Conducting research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Assisting with search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to improve website rankings and visibility
Conducting basic website updates and maintenance
Providing administrative support to the Sales and Curriculum Teams as needed
Promoting our brand across all platforms
Design our online marketing material
Ensure the integrity, security and confidentiality of information used as part of your role and prevent access to it by unauthorised persons by both internal and external means.

To be successful in this role, you need to demonstrate good communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a basic understanding of digital marketing principles and tools. Additionally, you should be willing to learn and stay up to date on new digital media trends and technologies.
