* General Administration tasks - Updating CRM system
* Answering emails in mailbox from customers
* Answering telephone calls calling in to the team
* Raising tickets for customers with queries
* Ceasing services no longer required
* Dealing with leavers process
Requirements
Skills
We are looking for someone who has a willingness to learn and attention to detail. The role is task driven so need to be good with their time management and calm under pressure.
The has a variety to it and so need to be able to multitask and work through the priorities.
With the nature of the team someone who is also confident, and a team player is also important.
Qualifications
GCSEs - C and above in subjects especially English and Maths

Welsh Spoken Skills: No Welsh Written Skills: No
