Quality Inspection Apprentice/ Trainee

About the apprenticeship

Duties

The Quality Inspection Apprenticeship / Traineeship will be part of an experienced team in Quality Management Systems, Welding Engineering, Metallurgy, Quality Control, Quality Inspection and Document Control. This is a hybrid role where you will spend 30% of your time in the office and 70% on the shopfloor. There are progression opportunities within the company and the right candidates could go onto the role of Quality Inspector. Depending on performance the company could also help towards further qualifications.

• Good attention to detail
• Knowledge of basic Microsoft software's such as Word and Excel
• Good typing skills
• Good communication skills
• Good understanding of safe working on the shopfloor
• Ability to use a vernier, bore micrometre.
