● Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard
● Following the guidance of the Executive or Sous Chef and contributing in ways of developing the dishes and presentation
● Completing all aspects of training programme
● Maintaining food hygiene standards & Health and Safety legislation at all times
