What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties include visiting sites to check and assist with reports and preparation of tender packs including design, spec, scope and will work closely with the design team to determine scope, products, costs and budgets.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and supervision
    of building work
  • Working with consultants, statutory bodies and local
    authorities
  • Assisting with the undertaking of report writing and
    presentation
  • Ensuring work is completed to a standard which
    complies with current regulations, technical manuals
    and health and safety
  • Frequent liaison with peers and management on
    technical matters
  • Use AutoCAD or similar software
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, an ability to prioritise
    and multi-task
  • Great communicator and professional manner
  • Coomber Associates will provide the right candidate with the
    opportunity to progress and take real responsibility for their
    work with oversight and advice from chartered surveyors
    along the way. You will be involved in all aspects of our consultancy work providing you with a breadth of experience and knowledge
