A Level or equivalent A Level or equivalent A levels or BTEC (Grade Minimum 120 UCAS points) Essential
Duties include visiting sites to check and assist with reports and preparation of tender packs including design, spec, scope and will work closely with the design team to determine scope, products, costs and budgets.
- Attending meetings, taking minutes and supervision
of building work - Working with consultants, statutory bodies and local
authorities - Assisting with the undertaking of report writing and
presentation - Ensuring work is completed to a standard which
complies with current regulations, technical manuals
and health and safety - Frequent liaison with peers and management on
technical matters - Use AutoCAD or similar software
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, an ability to prioritise
and multi-task - Great communicator and professional manner
