Job Details
This new and exciting opportunity will be based in the Management Admin team at Flatt Walks Health Centre, Whitehaven within the Community & ICC care group. This is a varied and interesting role where you will get the opportunity to gain experience in general admin duties such as preparing documents, maintain electronic filing systems, ordering of departmental supplies, formatting of correspondence and dealing with telephone queries etc. Through appropriate training and support, you will learn how to take minutes of meetings, support with creating agenda's for these meetings and support with diary management to our Senior Leadership team. These skills will assist you in achieving your Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration which will be supported via set learning days.
Core working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

The role of the Community & ICC Management Administration Team is to provide an efficient, effective, professional service to all service users and staff within the Care Group and this role specifically to support the Care Group Senior Leadership Team, who:
- effectively manage the Care Group
- ensure patient care is of the highest quality
- meet national targets
- achieve individual responsibilities of their role within the Trust
- ensure that all departmental documentation, records and databases are designed and fully maintained
