About the apprenticeship


You'll have the opportunity to contribute to different areas of our company's operations. This will include marketing and recruitment, CRM and database management, social media and content creation, recruitment support, utilising IT systems, and establishing positive relationships.

- In the marketing and recruitment aspect, you'll use job ads and share them on various platforms to attract potential candidates. Additionally, you'll use your creative skills to develop engaging social media content.

- For CRM and database management, you'll ensure that client and employee information is organised and up-to-date using CRM software. This will involve data entry and filing tasks.

- As a social media and content creation aid, you'll help create captivating content that reflects our company's values and appeals to our target audience. Your support will be to help grow our social media following and increase engagement.

o In terms of recruitment support, you'll handle inquiries, send application forms, and support the interview process. This will include shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screenings, and ensuring the necessary documentation is in order.

- You'll also be involved in utilising IT systems to support our operations. This will involve managing databases, organising information, and effectively using software tools.
