Food & Beverage Assistant will focus day to day on the following tasks:
▪ To work on a shift rota system in order to carry out daily catering operations.
▪ To be aware of all Health & Safety issues within Pavilion Gardens, to constantly implement and assess procedures, drawing attention to any useful practices.
▪ To maintain the highest standards of food hygiene and cleanliness at all times.
▪ To guide, care for and assist customers in their choice and use of the catering facilities.
▪ To work as part of a team to achieve the income and usage targets of the catering facilities.
▪ To innovate ideas and initiate action to increase the usage of the catering facilities.
▪ To ensure excellent presentation of food and beverages to the customer at all times.
▪ To ensure all stock management systems are followed at all times.
▪ To attend appropriate training and development as required.
▪ To undertake any other duties as may be required to assist in the running of Pavilion Gardens.
