Apprentice Letting Agent

We are currently recruiting for a lettings apprentice to join our team. It is an exciting opportunity to learn more about the property industry and develop your career. You will be carrying out the following duties, arranging/ attending viewings and dealing with customer enquiries, keeping clients updated with developments and Introducing properties to clients that suit their requirements. You will be carrying out the apprenticeship qualification with Babington.

Annual wage

• £11,000.00

Working week

• The role will require the individual to work Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays. 8.30 start 5.30 finish during week days. And 8.30 start and 4pm finish every other Saturdays.
• Total hours per week: 37.5

Expected duration

• 15 Months

What will the apprentice be doing?

We are seeking a motivated and target driven person to join our friendly team in Redditch as an apprenticelLettings agent. The role will cover the Birmingham and Redditch area. This is an opportunity to work for a leading West Midlands Estate Agent offering award winning services to our clients. This role would be ideal for someone looking for a fast-paced and challenging career in property at a growing company, with many great opportunities to progress.

What the role involves:

• Looking after a manageable portfolio of tenants and landlords
• Conducting viewings
• Liaising with landlords and tenants to complete the transaction as quickly as possible
• Inspections and inventories
• Introducing properties to clients that suit their requirements
• Update and maintain the company’s CRM system
• Keeping clients updated with developments
• Pro-actively dealing with all leads and actively seeking new opportunities

  What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

• Level 2 Housing & Property Apprenticeship Standard
  Remote delivery
• 15 month duration with 12 months of the learning period and 3 months end point assessment
• Level 2 maths and English functional skills if required
