We are delighted to offer an Apprentice Receptionist Administrator in our Imaging Department - Nuclear Medicine. These department forms part of the Radiology Imaging division of the hospital which provides a diagnostic, interventional and therapeutic service for patients in the East of England region. The various imaging techniques within the division are used help to diagnose and treat diseases in the body.

Main duties of the job

As an Apprentice Receptionist Administrator, you will be providing administration support within the Nuclear Medicine Department with duties which include meeting, greeting and registering new patients, booking appointments, maintaining medical records, communicating with internal and external colleagues and patients via email, telephone and face to face and completing general administration tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong organisational skills and have a desire to deliver excellent customer service within their role.
