Duties

• Preparing meat for baking and roasting
• Preparing pastry products
• Cooking meats and pastries
• Preparing sandwiches and other deli meals from our specialist menu
• Serving customers
• Cash handling

Additional information

The Ham Bone is a family owned business in the centre of Llandudno, which opened in 1990. The idea was to introduce people to the fresh, simple traditional fast food.
This has been hugely successful, as Londoners too fell in love with the fresh food and welcoming ambient of a traditional restaurant.

Today, that simple recipe remains as popular as ever and our family is proud to have 3 local deli restaurants, across the centre of the town, all sharing the same values that my father believed in over 40 years ago.

GCSE passes in English / Welsh and Maths.
