About the apprenticeship
Duties
At Blue Skies Travel we have over 50 combined years of experience in sourcing the perfect holiday for our clients. Our mission is to provide exceptional customer service with an attention to detail. We are a totally independent, family run agency based in Cardiff.
The successful applicant would be required to:
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Identifying and meeting customers' needs
• Use social media to promote offers, generating customer engagement and sales leads
• Participating in promotional events and activities to increase exposure of the branch
• Assisting with the day-to-day operation of the branch
• Willingness to participate and deliver training appropriate to own development
• Effectively performing administrative duties and follow processes accurately
Additional information
The business address location has excellent access to public transport including rail, bus and available parking
A welsh speaking applicant would also be desirable but not essential
