About the apprenticeship
Duties
To support the Business and Support team by assisting with day to day duties. These include:
• Creating profiles and providing support and training to both managers and employees
• Manage permission settings
• Importing and exporting data and converting into tables and reports
• Update and monitor project tasks and progress
• Managing and carrying out ad hoc business change requests
• Using software packages to create documents and reports
• Providing ad hoc operational reports
• Ensuring dashboards are maintained and updated
• Providing support to other departments

We are looking for an individual who can display the below qualities:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build strong relationships across all departments
• Must be able to perform tasks following specifications
• Take pride in their work and complete tasks to high standards
• Be a team player and adhere to the values and expectations of the apprenticeship program
• Be enthusiastic and self-motivated
• Be flexible and adaptive
