Job Description:

**£198-£336.375 per week dependant on experience**

Assisting the Managing Director with various tasks and projects, ranging from insurance renewals, drafting/sending correspondence, gathering quotes for services/products, completing mortgage and banking forms and applications.

Take all our new employees through their onboarding journey and complete all applicable processes.

Check in chats with staff to ensure maximum retention.

Update employee records including sickness leave, any documents, personal info etc on our HR portal.

Collate information for payroll for submission each month.

Support with the administration of employee compensation and benefits.

Preparing employment contracts, letters in relation to e.g. contract changes/salaries/courses (all from templates).

Any admin related to leaver processes.

Initiate and organise engagement activities across all sites, including the monthly newsletter.

HR support to any disciplinary, grievances, absence and performance management matters.

Training Provided:

 

As a HR Support Apprentice with BPP, you will complete the HR Support Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship, which is aligned with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Upon completion you will be awarded the CIPD Foundation Certificate, and you will be able to apply for Membership of CIPD.

 

The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures, and face to face inductions and masterclasses.

 

Qualification Requirements:

 5 GCSEs at grades C/4 or above (including English and Maths)
