About the apprenticeship
Duties
Working under the supervision of Engineers and Technicians in the production of drawing information using both AutoCAD and REVIT platforms
· Delivering production information within defined project timescales
· Delivering a variety of drawing information including, but not limited to GA's, Sections, RC Detailing, Drainage and Structures Assisting Engineers and Technicians in delivering design projects
· Managing and co-ordinating electronic filing structures for CAD drawings and REVIT models
· Liaising with other construction professionals in the development of drawing information
· Working within company BIM protocols and standards
· Working within company CAD standards

2. Interested in the built environment and the construction industry
3. A sound knowledge of engineering design principles
4. A knowledge of material properties
5. An understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods
6. Good problem-solving skills
7. Creative flair
8. The ability to work as part of a team
9. The ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 GCSEs at Grades A*-C/9-5 including Maths and English or their equivalent. Apprentices without level 2 English and Maths will need to have achieve this prior to taking the end point assessment.
