About the apprenticeship
Duties
Data Analysis and interpretation using statistical tools such as Minitab. Ability to present data in the most appropriate format.
Writing of reports, suitable for circulation internally and externally to customers or regulatory bodies.
Deputising for Quality Engineers on daily production meetings when required
Complete calibration of Electrical Equipment in each department.
To carry out Internal and external audits for quality purposes.
Lead customer and visitor site tours.
Document and Change control
Supporting audits of certification bodies (ISO 9001, IATF 16949,
ISO/TS22163)
Supporting quality engineers on the execution of improvement projects (customer issues, scrap)
Requirements
Skills
Essential Qualifications: Maths, English and a Science (grade C and above) (*)
Good I.T skills & working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills
Able to interact at all levels of the organisation
Genuine interest for quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
