What will the apprentice be doing?
  • One day a week study time to work towards your Level 5 qualification in partnership with Middlesborough College
  • Work with the global helpdesk to provide support for client cases, owning cases from end to end, initial case opening tech support, dispatch, parts ordering, and repairs
  • Setting up meeting rooms
  • Generating a great understanding of equipment and ways of working
  • Learn how to rig and de-rig equipment
  • Going on site with the team and helping set up and breakdown larger events
  • Perform tasks in a timely and quality-conscious manner
  • Maintaining and testing equipment

  • On and off the job training
  • Level 5 Audiovisual technician Apprenticeship Standard
  • Day release at Middlesbrough College (Remote)

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
  • Depending on the circumstances of the business upon completion of the apprenticeship programme there could be a potential position of employment available.
