Vacancy description

Main duties: 

  • Communicating over the telephone, incoming and outgoing calls
  • IT - Knowledge of Microsoft package, Word, Excel, Outlook, Emails, search engines
  • Maintaining company bespoke database, updating and cleansing
  • Accurate emails
  • Sending accurate emails
  • Using Bespoke online sales process application
  • Following company process and procedures
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Use excellent customer service continuously
  • Organise and report data
  • Stationery - stock checking and item ordering / purchasing
  • Postal duties
  • Filing and maintaining internal documents
  • Store, retrieve and archive information
  • Photocopying
  • Scanning
  • IT duties using Microsoft package including outlook, excel and word
  • Use electronic message systems
  • Any other admin duties as required
  • Website maintenance
  • Social Media - Twitter/Facebook/LinkedIn
  • Providing support of general admin duties
  • Any other duties required


Requirements and prospects

Desired skills:

  • Excellent communication skills including good telephone manner
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft package including word, Excel and outlook software
  • Can work as part of a team as well as using their own initiative
  • Strong outgoing personality
  • Creative and visual thinker
  • Ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Excellent communication and telephone skills are required but not immediately

  • In house training by employer
