Job Overview

Join our Internal Applications team based in our Brighton office, you will focus on working with our Business Analysts and key stakeholders to support the delivery of our internal projects. The role will be through our apprenticeship scheme where you will learn everything about Project Management, you will be required to spend 20% of your time at college and study during the during of the course which will be agreed upon starting. Therefore this is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a genuine career in Project Management.

Job Role

* Work with stakeholders to provide milestone updates

* Present regular reports on progress to Internal Application Manager and IT Manager

* Present periodic reports on progress to Business Analysts and keep them information of changes to timings or functionality

* Work with Business Analysts to work out risks to projects such as third party time scales or new technology

* Arrange meetings for the team, stakeholders and business analysts

* To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner

* Help Monitor the help desk ticket system, ensuring ticket information has been filled in

* Help System test applications to ensure they meet requirements of the project

Skills, Experience and Qualifications

* Some administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential

* Excellent verbally and written communication skills

* Ability to present information in a clear concise manner to the team and key stakeholders

* Some understanding of Project Manager would be advantageous
