About this opportunity:

On this apprenticeship you will undertake a Level 3 Business Administration programme. Whilst undertaking your academic learning you will also be working alongside our experienced teams to learn hands-on, work-based skills.

We are looking for 2 Development Coordinators to work within our HR teams. One role will support the Early Careers Development team and the other role will support the wider Talent & Organisational Development team.

Key tasks that you will complete in this role include:

* Booking and coordinating training courses to support the delivery of Early Careers and Talent Programmes including:


* Booking venues and catering.

* Liaising with delegates to provide them with correct information.

* Coordinating the preparation of training materials and equipment required for all events.

* Accurately recording the attendance of the delegates at events.

* Coordinate the Engagement Surveys for all Early Careers Programmes ensuing results are collated ready for reporting.

* Record and track end of programme reviews and recommendations for all Early Careers Programmes to help generate future talent pipeline.

* Provide proactive support to the team and internal customers, anticipating needs, seeking and co-ordinating information and alerting individuals to forthcoming deadlines or queries.

* Ad hoc reports and projects.

* 4 GCSE's grades A-C's (or equivalent) including Maths and English are desirable
