Help deliver award-winning platforms, campaigns and experiences at a global marketing agency whose big-brand clients have included Coca-Cola, MasterCard, O2, McDonald's, Bank of America, Jägermeister and Budweiser, Support key projects and build strong working relationships liaising with clients, suppliers and partners as you launch your career.

Taking on an important role in the account team of this leading global marketing agency, you'll be responsible for providing daily support to team members with client projects, working closely with the Account Executive to ensure that all work is delivered brilliantly, in a timely manner and in line with objectives and strategy.

Contributing to client and agency initiatives and going above and beyond, you'll need to be full of energy, enthusiasm and be eager to learn, bringing new ideas to the table and being confident sharing these with colleagues at all levels. As well as strong attention to detail, you'll need a high level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office and excellent people, organisational and time management skills, including managing multiple daily tasks and be able to prioritise your workflow.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting team members on key client projects
  • Contributing to the creation of project documents, including timelines, briefs and proposals
  • Managing day-to-day administration, including clear and concise status reports for clients, meeting agendas, team admin (meeting scheduling, travel and team outings)
  • Developing close relationships with colleagues, utilising opportunities to draw on cross-agency disciplines (i.e. Planning, Creative, Design
  • Building strong working relationships with clients, suppliers and partners and gaining trust and respect from day to day contacts

Qualifications required
  • At least 5 grade A*- C GCSEs or equivalent including English and Maths
  • A levels or equivalent
Future prospects Ongoing employment at this or another agency or progress onto a higher level qualification.

If - after being offered a position - you are found to have deliberately omitted or inaccurately listed qualifications that make you ineligible for the apprenticeship (e.g. previous training in the same modules) you will be in breach of your contract with Creative Pioneers London and we reserve the right to either readvertise the role or offer to an alternative candidate. If you hold a degree level qualification in most cases this will make you ineligible for apprenticeship funding and your application may not be successful. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour from 1st October 2016. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
