Your start date will be August/September 2017 and your starting salary will be £16,000, with the potential to increase on each year of the programme providing you've successfully completed your training and met performance expectations.

This is a new programme and a fantastic opportunity to gain real technical, production and manufacturing experience while studying for a business degree.

You'll be tackling a real job from day one as a key member of our production teams, making a genuine contribution to the business. The focus will be on developing your skills and knowledge, so your job will support your learning as you work towards your fully-funded final degree. Yes, we will pay for your studies too!

Qualifications required

In line with the updated UCAS scoring system, candidates completing their A-levels in 2017 will need 104 UCAS points from three A Levels (excluding General Studies) or equivalent to be eligible for this programme. The equivalent requirement based on the former UCAS scoring system (2016 and previous) is 260 UCAS points.

Things to consider Please note roles will be filled as and when suitable candidates have been made successful. To enable you to build the necessary skills and relevant experience on this programme, candidates will need to be happy to work shift rotations, comprising days, nights and weekends.
