Working within our Service Desk team, you will not only enhance your technical knowledge but also gain valuable experience in supporting local businesses through email and telephone. You will also have the chance to contribute to challenging IT projects, remote monitoring of client infrastructure/services, and configuring/building client machines in our office.

This apprenticeship provides varied and interesting opportunities, up-to-date training options, and potential future employment prospects. We believe in supporting our employees' needs as they progress in their careers.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship will earn you an accredited Level 3 Information Communication Technician qualification. The training is delivered online in virtual classrooms twice a week, and if needed, you will also undertake Functional Skills for English and/or Maths.
